Ghawan Atta (500g)
Ingredients: Chawal, Udad, Methi
Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt and water in Ghawan Atta and make it slurry like dosa batter. Heat non-stick pan and spread it like rava dosa. For crispy Ghawan use the batter within 10 minutes. 500g makes apprx. 15-20 Ghawans.
