Ingredients: Wheat, Soyabean, Chana, Methi
While kneading the paratha dough mix coriander / methi leaves / grated carrot / cucumber / mulee to enhance the taste and nutrition. These paratha rolls can be carried in tiffin, eaten while travelling / in short recess. These parathas can provide nutrition of full square meal like roti, dal, vegetable. 500g makes apprx. 15-16 Parathas.
