Thalipeeth Bhajani Atta (500g)
Ingredients: Jawari, Bajari, Wheat, Mataki, Masur, Chawal Udad Akkhe Chana, Mung, Chawali, Nachani, Soyabean, Jeera (For Taste)
Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt and knead a little loose dough. Take little round dough on a non-sticky surface (plastic), press it with hands to make it round like roti. Put a non-stick pan on flame, grease it with some oil, put thalipeeth roti on it. Serve when it becomes crispy. 500g makes apprx. 8-10 Thalipeeths.
