White Dhokla Atta (500g)
Ingredients: Rice, Udad Dal
In 2 bowls of white dhokla flour add 1.5 bowls of water and ferment it overnight. In a flat plate pour the fermented batter add salt, edible soda a pinch and mix well. Sprinkle red chilli powder and pepper powder on it. Steamer is kept ready with boiling water. Steam the mixture for 10 to 15 mins. When dhokla is ready cut into the square shape. Garnish it with coriander leaves and tadka. Heavy breakfast. 500g makes apprx. 50 medium size Dhoklas.
