Zatpat Vada Atta (500g)
Ingredients: Chawal, Methi, Chana Dal, Udad Dal, Badishep (For Taste)
Add warm water, chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves (onion for taste) to Vada Atta and knead medium soft dough. Press with hands on a plastic surface to form round shape. Make a hole in the centre. Fry golden brown. Tastes great with hot tea. Can also be served with dahi / chatney. 500g makes apprx. 40-45 Vadas.
