Product: Chana dal / Besan atta (Fine)
Ingredients: Chana Dal
1. Take 1 bowl of Taste for Life Chana dal / Besan atta (Fine).
2. Add ¼ tsp Haldi, ¾ tsp red chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.
3. Add approximately ½ bowl of water with a spoon to it..
4. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
5. If the batter seems dry, add some more water and mix well.
6. Grease the mould with Oil.
7. Fill the batter in the mould with a spoon.
8. To make Sev, press and move the mould in a circular motion over the hot oil.
9. Fry both the sides till crispy.
