Chakali Bhajani Ready Mix

Rice, Chanadal, Udad dal, Moong dal, Poha, Salt and Spices

500 g readymix 1:1 waterTake 1 measure of water. Bring it to boil. Add 1 tsp oil and 1 measure of ‘Taste for life’ chakali bhajani ready mix (500g) to it. Mix it well.Switch off the gas flame and cover it with a lid. After 10-15 minutes, knead the dough. If the dough is dry, add 2-3 tsp of water and knead again.Press the dough through chakali mould to form chakalis. Fry on medium gas flame till crispy and golden brown. 500g makes approximately 40-45 chakalis.
